We’re looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Malaysia and support engineering software solutions for the manufacturing industry.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)

Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000/month (Up to ~USD2,000/month)

• Deliver technical training and enablement for local partners on CAD software (ZW3D, ZWCAD).
• Provide pre-sales technical consulting, product demos, and solution presentations to manufacturing customers.
• Support implementation, onboarding, and post-sales technical guidance for key accounts.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams on technical resources and customer solutions.

• 2+ years of experience with CAD/CAM/CAE software.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SolidWorks, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Edge, or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
• Good English communication skills.
