As the Head of Solution Engineering (R&D), you will champion a hybrid leadership model—combining high-level architectural design with active, hands-on software and AI delivery. Moving beyond traditional "hands-off" management, you will spearhead R&D initiatives, design enterprise-grade data architectures, and jump directly into the codebase to guide production-ready deployment.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of Engineering Experience: Proven track record of designing, building, and delivering robust software architectures alongside integrated AI/ML solutions.

• Active Tech Leadership: Currently hands-on in coding, architecture design, and direct technical execution.

• Track Record in Agility: Demonstrated success in small, high-growth startup environments or modernized agile corporate teams.

• Bonus: Formal managerial or team leadership experience in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Skills Required

• Advanced programming and software engineering capabilities (production-grade code execution).

• Enterprise solution architecture with a focus on scalable Data & AI integration.

• Strong communication skills to translate complex tech concepts across C-suite executives, project managers, and engineering teams.

• An entrepreneurial mindset focused on driving operational efficiency and guiding high-performance engineering talent.
