Operations Manager (Building Management Experience)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Salary: RM5,000–RM6,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Its services include manned guarding, bodyguard services, cash-in-transit protection, private investigation, and K9 patrol units for diverse environments and events. Guided by integrity, vigilance, and discipline, Lifeguard Security focuses on prevention, risk reduction, and building trusted long-term relationships with corporate, residential, government, and private clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security operations across multiple sites

• Manage Operations Executives, supervisors and security personnel

• Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at all sites

• Conduct regular site inspections and performance evaluations

• Liaise professionally with building management, committees and clients

• Resolve complaints, incidents and operational issues promptly

• Ensure compliance with site SOPs and company procedures

• Coordinate manpower deployment, replacements and emergency responses

• Prepare operational reports and implement corrective measures

• Conduct briefings and training for security personnel

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in building or property management is required

• Current or former Building Managers are welcome to apply

• Experience in security operations and manpower management is an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to manage multiple sites and perform effectively under pressure

• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transportation

• Willing to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies

• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Good computer knowledge and report-writing skills
