UFOREA Sports is hiring Service Crew for our new indoor playground in Kota Bharu. We are looking for friendly and responsible people who enjoy working with children, teenagers and families. UFOREA Sports is target to be opened by end of Nov 2026.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with tickets, admission and enquiries.
• Explain activity rules and guide customers on the safe use of equipment.
• Monitor activity areas and report safety concerns or damaged equipment promptly.
• Keep activity areas, equipment and customer facilities clean and tidy.
• Assist with daily opening, closing and equipment checks.
• Support events and other daily operations when required.

Requirements

• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, attentive and comfortable working with children and families.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to stay active and stand for extended periods.
• Customer service or indoor playground experience is an advantage. Training will be provided.
