Job Summary

Support recruitment and HR activities by managing talent pipelines, maintaining recruitment data, coordinating assessments, improving processes, and assisting recruiters and stakeholders with operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support talent pipelining activities to identify and engage candidates for various hiring initiatives
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases to ensure accurate and current information
• Coordinate recruitment operations and administrative tasks, including scheduling and managing candidate assessments
• Assist in improving recruitment processes by maintaining SOPs and documenting workflow enhancements
• Provide timely ad-hoc support to recruiters and stakeholders to facilitate smooth recruitment operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Keen interest in recruitment and human resources
• Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Energetic and proactive communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications for data management and reporting
