Duties & Responsibility

Responsible for organizing andcontrolling CNCprogramming and CNC machine centre.

Ensure operations adhere tooperating procedures, quality and safety requirements

Review the operation of factoryequipment and systems constantly

Monitor, report, develop andimplement improvement programs

Lead a team to maximizeproductivity

Educates employees on qualitystandards and procedures. Develop work instructions and procedures formanufacturing processes.

Support and participate in ISOinternal audit team.

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5years’experience in precision engineering.

Teamworking skills, flexibility, well- organized

Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization

Strong‘problem solver’, can analyses data efficiently, interpret results and iscapable to report on the conclusions.
