Spatial Designer

Location
Ngua Tau Kok, Kowloon, HK

Responsibilities:

• Transform creative concepts into immersive event, exhibition, and retail display experiences that captivate audiences
• Generate fresh design ideas, storyboards, and layout plans that bring brand stories to life
• Create compelling 3D visuals, models, and renderings to support presentations
• Prepare detailed production drawings and technical documents for fabrication and on-site execution
• Collaborate closely with the project, marketing, and production teams to ensure innovative yet practical design solutions
• Participate in on-site installations and setups, turning designs into real-world experiences
• Explore new materials, visual trends, and digital design tools to push creative boundaries and enhance design efficiency
• Contribute ideas and inspiration in a fast-paced, collaborative, and design-driven environment

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in event, exhibition, or spatial design (fresh graduates may also be considered for junior roles)
• Proficient in 3ds Max/SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools (e.g. Midjourney, or Google AI Studio) is an advantage
• Interior design experience is an advantage
• Strong sense of creativity, spatial awareness, and visual composition
• Detail-minded, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Passionate, resourceful, and eager to grow in a vibrant, creative environment
