Key Responsibilities:

1) Installation & Configuration

- Install and configure ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Car Park system, Intercom, Public Address, and structured cabling.

- Perform wiring, termination, labelling, and patch panel setup for structured cabling systems.

- Ensure installation complies with engineering drawings, standards, and safety requirements.

2) Testing & Commissioning

- Conduct system testing, programming, and commissioning of ELV systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve faults during installation or post-handover.

- Prepare testing and commissioning reports for client/consultant review.

3) Maintenance & Support

- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems.

- Respond to breakdowns and service calls promptly.

- Document maintenance activities and provide recommendations for improvements.

4) Project Execution & Coordination

- Assist project engineers and supervisors in executing ELV works according to project timelines.

- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth coordination.

- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled and maintained.

5) Compliance & Safety

- Follow company safety guidelines, quality standards, and project-specific procedures.

- Ensure proper documentation of work activities and compliance with ISO/QA requirements.

Requirement:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in ELV systems installation and maintenance (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Cabling, etc.), preferably in construction or M&E projects.

- Familiarity with wiring, termination, and troubleshooting of ELV systems.

- Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings, layouts, and technical manuals.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Physically fit and able to work on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
