Job Summary

You will supervise civil and structural construction projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, monitor quality and safety standards, and manage project progress through site inspections and contractor reviews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural construction works to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Verify construction activities comply with approved drawings and technical specifications to maintain project standards
• Monitor and enforce quality control and safety protocols on-site to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed records to track project progress and identify issues early
• Review contractors' submissions and method statements to ensure alignment with project requirements and standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant site supervision experience or Resident Engineer.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations essential for compliance and project execution
• Resident Engineer with IES Registration is Must.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or building projects to support complex project management
