AI Development & Process Improvement Contractor — 6 Months

About the Role

We are looking for a

curious and analytical student

who is passionate about

AI, data, automation, and process improvement

.

In this 6-month role, you will work with business and IT teams to identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data quality, develop KPI dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights for business leaders.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in

AI, data analytics, digital transformation, and enterprise systems

while contributing to real business projects.

What You’ll Do

Map manual data processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.

Support the development of

AI-driven KPI dashboards and metrics

.

Analyze data using

Excel, Oracle Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, SAP/PMx

, and other systems.

Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance.

Support automated testing, troubleshoot bugs, and improve data quality.

Analyze competency data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.

Prepare presentations and reports for management.

Work with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in

Data Science and/or Computer Science

, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of

AI tools and software development

.

Basic programming knowledge.

Well versed with

Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Cloud

, or similar tools.

Familiarity with

SIT/UAT testing

is a plus.

A genuine interest in

AI, automation, and process improvement

.
