Job Descriptions:
To assist QS Manager to handle and calculate the quantity and costing of the different tender assignments.
Technical review on the supplier/contractor quotation or proposal and makes sure that all requirements are complied.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design (ID) projects, taking into account materials, labour, equipment, and other related costs.
Ensure all Suppliers equipment selection and Subcontractors quote meets tender requirements.
Review tender documents and raise any queries to the client.
Review tender addendum, corrigendum and post tender addendum drawings and documents and update costing summary with technical proposal accordingly.
Job Requirements:
Civil Engineering / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying (Interior Design) and Building Industry or equivalent.
Min. 2 years of relevant experience in A&A live environment.
Required Skills: Cost Estimation & Budgeting, Tender Negotiations, Measurement & Quantity Take-off, Cost Control & Management, Value Engineering, Contract Administration, Documentation & Records, Compliance & Regulations, Communication & Collaboration.
We are an established M&E Engineering Organization in the provision of electrical & mechanical engineering in residential, commercial, industrial & institutional projects and others, serving both in Construction and Facilities Management Sectors. We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our engineering team to provide quality engineering services to our clients.
