The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:
  • Warehouse Space & Capacity Planning: Plan warehouse space, storage and capacity to support business growth. Identify capacity gaps and opportunities to improve space utilisation, layouts and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead operational projects from planning to implementation, including automation, process redesign and productivity initiatives. Manage timelines, stakeholders, risks and measure project impact.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and improve high-volume Seller Management processes. Work with Operations, Product and Tech teams to implement automation and system improvements that reduce manual work, errors and costs.
  • Business & Performance Management: Build business cases, quantify ROI and track improvements in productivity, cost savings, SLAs and operational performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, operations, supply chain, e-commerce or other high-volume environments.
  • Experience with capacity/space planning, process optimisation or operational planning is preferred.
  • Strong business case and financial analysis skills, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, manage ambiguity and drive projects end-to-end
