Job Summary

Operate hydraulic excavators safely and efficiently on construction sites while maintaining productivity and adapting to extended work hours to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydraulic excavators following safety standards and legal requirements to ensure safe machinery use
• Perform physically demanding construction tasks to support project progress and maintain productivity during peak operational hours
• Adapt work schedule to include extended hours or overtime as needed to meet project deadlines
• Sustain strong physical stamina and resilience to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume job site environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a valid Hydraulic Excavator Operation certificate to operate machinery safely and legally
• Ability to perform physically demanding construction tasks and maintain high productivity during peak operational hours
• Flexibility to work extended hours or overtime as required to meet project deadlines
• Strong physical stamina and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume job site environment
