SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide fast, efficient and friendly service to customers, creating optimum sales in the shop

JOB DUTIES:

Customer Service

a) Performing excellent customer service with great selling up skill

b) Helping customer feel comfortable

c) Discovering customers’ needs

d) Responding to customers’ needs

e) Ensuring customers leave with pleasure

Shop Operations

a) Management of POS Machine operations and credit transactions

b) Record keeping and stocking of merchandise

c) Replenishment of merchandise and provide physical inter store transfer of

merchandise.

d) Display, mounting and planning

e) Interior arrangement and design

f) Warehouse and shop floor organization and arrangement

Shop Image Projection

a) Arranging of relevant information to complement the in-shop display and vice-versa

b) Housekeeping

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
