A growing regional services group is seeking a dynamic and hands-on finance leader to oversee the full spectrum of finance operations and partner closely with senior leadership in driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support senior management in business planning and decision-making.
• Oversee group financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple business units.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
• Lead external audits, tax matters, and statutory compliance.
• Drive system improvements and financial process enhancements.
• Work closely with operational teams to improve business performance across retail outlets.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA / CIMA / MIA).
• 6 years of progressive finance experience, preferably within property, Hospitality, construction industry ?
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience, including significant tenure as a Financial Controller in companies
• Exposure to consolidating Financial Statements or Subsidiaries
• Experience in Property Development /Management is essential
• Experience in hotel or construction industry will be an added advantage
• Must be digital savvy
• Good to have gone through software implementations
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Exposure to team leadership and finance operations management.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a dynamic business environment.
