You will manage daily HR tasks, worker work passes, and hiring needs. You will support site and office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Pass Administration:
Apply for, renew, and cancel work permits, S Passes, and Employment Passes.
Recruitment:
Source and screen candidates for site and office roles.
Payroll & Benefits:
Process monthly payroll and manage insurance or medical claims.
Compliance:
Ensure all HR practices follow local labor laws.
Employee Relations:
Handle staff grievances and daily employee queries.
Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of HR experience.
Industry Knowledge:
Past work in construction or related fields is an advantage.
Local Knowledge:
Strong grasp of the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
Skills:
Good communication and organization skills.
