Job Description:

• Assist in preparing and baking breads, pastries, cakes, and other bakery products according to recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients, weighing and measuring accurately for daily production.
• Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing bakery products.
• Ensure products maintain consistent quality, taste, texture, appearance, and portion size.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with stock checking, proper storage, and rotation of ingredients.
• Keep the workstation organized and ensure equipment is properly cleaned after use.
• Support senior bakers and the bakery team with daily production tasks.
• Learn and improve baking techniques, recipes, and production methods.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in baking or a bakery/café environment is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with a strong interest in baking are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation.
• Able to follow recipes, instructions, and standard procedures accurately.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Able to maintain good personal hygiene and food safety practices.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
