· Coordinate and provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Team.

· Handle customers’ enquiries and follow up promptly via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

· Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate buffer stock to meet the requirements of regular customers.

· Prepare sales reports and highlight any unusual circumstances or issues to the Director.

· Coordinate with the Production Manager on costing, production requirements, and documentation for goods delivery.

· Prepare and coordinate relevant sales and delivery documents, including quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, and other related documents.

· Utilize AI tools to create social media content for product promotion and marketing purposes.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

· Prior experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, or a related role will be an advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Good team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

· Preferably familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing.

· Able to multitask, detail-oriented, and a fast learner.

· Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

· Able to liaise with both Mandarin- and English-speaking clients.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
