Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control of materials and finished goods.
Ensure all warehouse transactions are carried out accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Verify material codes, quantities, and specifications to maintain inventory accuracy.
Practice FIFO (First-In, First-Out), ESD, MSD, and 5S standards to ensure proper material handling and warehouse organization.
Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, inventory records, and stock movement reports.
Support cycle counts and stocktakes while investigating inventory discrepancies when required.
Assist in the management and documentation of bonded materials in compliance with customs regulations.
Perform daily inventory reconciliation and monthly stock closing to ensure physical inventory matches system records.
Monitor warehouse transactions and promptly report any inventory or operational issues.
Carry out other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry (experience in server PCBA is an added advantage).
Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling procedures.
Familiarity with FIFO, ESD, MSD, and warehouse SOPs will be an advantage.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems).
Forklift license/certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Able to work on rotating shifts when required.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn.
