Job Summary

This role supports academic administration and student services to enhance student outcomes. You will collaborate with colleagues on university coordination, quality assurance, and operational support for full-time international students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student services and academic activities including timetabling, responding to student enquiries, deploying lecturers, and planning academic resources for seminars and courses
• Assist in developing and reviewing operational policies and procedures to improve institutional effectiveness
• Maintain accurate academic and student records and prepare reports for internal review and external submission
• Conduct student orientation sessions and ensure timely communication with students and participants
• Manage general administration tasks such as program coordination, evaluations, and facilities improvement initiatives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Polytechnic diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Customer-centric service mindset demonstrated through effective student engagement
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking to support academic and administrative functions
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail in managing academic and administrative tasks
