Job Responsibilities‌

·       Work closely with solutions managers and the business team to assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and production iterations.

·       Cooperate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operation, and sales, to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals.

·       Assist in creating product requirements documents (PRDs) that outline product features, functionality, and user experience.

·       Conduct comprehensive testing prior to system deployment to validate feature completeness and ensure all functionalities work as intended.

·       Support business operational tasks implementation and track users' feedback to provide sufficient optimization features.

·       Collect Voice of the Customer feedback and insights to create meaningful user stories and use cases.

Qualifications‌ and Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

·       1to 3 years' relevant experience

·       Understanding and having hands-on experience in a SAAS/mobile App product team is preferred.

·       Effective troubleshooting skills, a great problem solver with the ability to structure an action plan.

·       Excellent logical and structural thinking.

·       Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

·       Able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.

·       Able to travel overseas

·       Proficient in using SQL and familiarity with software development processes is a plus.
