This role will manage the Malaysia office IT infrastructure while ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting the regional integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management (35%)

• Maintain local servers and network infrastructure
• Manage site-to-site VPN connections with KSA and Mumbai
• Monitor system performance and availability
• Implement backup procedures and test restore processes
• Manage local ISP and telecom relationships

End User Computing (35%)

• Provide Level 1/2 desktop support
• Manage hardware inventory and procurement
• Deploy and maintain end-user devices (laptops, mobiles, printers)
• Support video conferencing and collaboration tools
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding processes

Security & Compliance (20%)

• Implement security policies at local level
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (PDPL, NCA requirements)
• Conduct security awareness training
• Manage local access controls and CCTV systems
• Support security audits and assessments

Project Support (10%)

• Assist in data integration platform rollout
• Support automation initiatives
• Document local processes and procedures
• Participate in change management activities

Required Qualifications

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• CompTIA A+, Network+ certifications
• Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA) preferred
• ITIL Foundation beneficial

Experience

• 5 years of IT support and infrastructure experience
• Multi-cultural work environment experience

Technical Skills

• Windows Desktop/Server administration
• Basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Endpoint management tools
• Help desk ticketing systems
• Basic scripting (PowerShell, Python)
