1. Operational Supervision
- Supervise and monitor daily bin delivery, exchange, and collection operations to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, drivers, and field teams to manage deployment and retrieval of bins based on operational schedules.
- Verify and ensure accuracy of bin placement according to service contracts and route plans.
2. Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain and update bin inventory records (new, deployed, damaged, and repaired bins).
- Conduct regular bin audits and physical verification to ensure asset accuracy.
- Coordinate with the repair and maintenance team to manage damaged bins and track replacements.
3. Data & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly bin movement and performance reports.
- Monitor bin utilization and recommend optimization measures to reduce idle stock and improve efficiency.
- Update and verify data in bin tracking systems (manual or digital).
4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure bin operations comply with company safety standards, SOPs, and local authority regulations.
- Conduct on-site supervision and inspections to maintain service quality.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure staff adherence to PPE and safety guidelines.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with internal departments (Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Procurement) for smooth coordination.
- Handle customer or stakeholder inquiries related to bin issues, replacements, or requests.
- Support management in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
