Job Summary

Oversee and drive the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of project goals through detailed planning, stakeholder engagement, quality control, and budget management within IT governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with project goals and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to guide project execution
• Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, project teams, and external vendors to align expectations
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress updates to stakeholders
• Manage and resolve stakeholder conflicts and issues promptly to maintain project momentum
• Foster cohesive collaboration and effective team dynamics to enhance project outcomes
• Incorporate user needs and feedback into project deliverables to ensure relevance and quality
• Ensure all project activities comply with IT governance frameworks and standards for risk mitigation
• Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of project deliverables
• Monitor project budgets and control expenditures within approved limits
• Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges to keep projects on track
• Make informed decisions using data analysis, project requirements, and stakeholder input to optimize outcomes

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management with involvement in full software or product development cycles
• Experience working with Agile Methodology and past development experience
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through project decision-making
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Project Management-related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI are advantageous
