Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Manufacturing engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the PCB manufacturing environment is an advantage.
Experienced in preparing, reviewing and verifying various reports as required.
Knowledgeable in problem solving, root cause analysis & diagnosing faults.
Possess good knowledge of new product introduction, project follow up and leading a team
Skilled in electrical process; troubleshooting, design coordination cross-functional coordination.
Proactive in identifying improvement areas and drives improvement initiatives in ensuring process and quality is comply with established standards.

Job Description

Plan and implemented an effective problems feedback system.
To supervise and responsible on his subordinates’ activities towards achieving his group target or goal.
Evaluate rejects, implement corrective action, follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of action taken.
To reduce rejection rate and problem of production line by coordination and liaison with production and other supporting group.
To check and approve daily, weekly and monthly analysis report and any report generated by process control group.
To provide technical assistance to production personnel.
To ensure that no deviation is made from engineering specification or part list without prior approval.
To determine the best process in term of process distribution and work procedure for production activities in achieving production quality and quantity.
To generate PIM when required and follow up on the implementation so that it is being followed accordingly.
To participate effectively in Pilot Run activities and ensure ISO9001 & IS014001 compliance within their work scope.
To comply to any additional responsibilities as and when assigned by his superior.

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
