We’re Hiring: Project Manager (Based JB)

SKA Technology Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing project team.

If you have strong project leadership skills and experience managing construction, M&E, system integration, or data center projects, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from planning through completion and handover.
• Manage project schedule, budget, resources, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery according to contractual requirements.
• Manage project costs, variations, claims, procurement, and subcontractor matters.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, CIDB and applicable statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in construction, M&E, system integration, or data center projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
• Willing to travel and work at project sites when required.
• Data Centre project experience will be an added advantage.
