Responsibilities:

Able to lead, train, and coach team members.
Manage and handle daily production, purchasing, inventory, stock, and work schedules.
Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end of the finished product.
Clean and troubleshoot production machines.
Responsible for the whole manufacturing process, from purchasing, withdrawal, and issuing of materials until handover to the warehouse.
Create, maintain, and update the SAP system.
Update, record, and maintain ISO documentation.
Responsible for the internal and external audit processes and documentation.
Cooperate with inter-departments to ensure production is running according to schedule.
Perform other tasks/assignments as given by the Superior/Management.

Requirements:

Secondary level or equivalent.
Able to support overtime and willing to work rotating shifts.
Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom operations will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently.
