We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join our team!

Job Scope

Process customer purchase orders and prepare sales orders
Prepare picking lists for warehouse packing and delivery
Generate and post sales invoices
Prepare credit notes for returns or adjustments
Handle stock transfers between branches
Update and check retail sales documents
Record inventory write-offs and disposals
Support stock count exercises when needed
Liaise with sales and warehouse teams
Assist with general admin and accounting duties

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting or related field
2–3 years of relevant working experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Careful, organised, and responsible
Able to work well in a team
Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office
