Job Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily and weekly production schedules based on customer orders, delivery requirements and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Store/Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress and follow up closely on outstanding orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Review material availability and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient raw materials for production.
• Adjust production schedules when there are changes in customer requirements, material availability, machine capacity or production conditions.
• Monitor production output and highlight any delays, shortages or issues that may affect delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update production planning records, schedules and related reports.
• Liaise with the Sales/Admin team on order priorities and delivery requirements.
• Assist in inventory planning and monitoring of raw materials and finished goods where required.
• Perform other production planning and coordination duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in production planning or manufacturing environment.
• Good planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
• Knowledge or experience in SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
