Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Waste Management & Materials Recovery
Position Title: Site Supervisor (Waste Management Operations)
Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Retention Bonus + Incentive + Transport Allowance + AWS
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Main contact for coordination and waste collection needs.
Liaise with customers to clarify requirements.
Manage projects and schedules.
Handle site risks and issues.
Supervise workers and report issues.
Support customer feedback and satisfaction.
Ensure safety and compliance (EHS, JSRA).
Train workers on tasks and equipment.
Arrange transport, including urgent needs.
Perform ad-hoc duties.

Minimum ITE or Diploma in Mechanical, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
Completed Safety Orientation Courses (e.g., working in power plants and construction sites).
Work-at-Height Supervisor certification is preferred.
Experience in high-pressure hydro jetting is an advantage.
