About the Role

Join a dynamic team responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Document Management System (DMS) solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement compliant document management processes while ensuring regulatory standards and system integrity are maintained

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain SAP DMS including Document Info Records (DIR), document types, version & revision management

Configure Storage Categories, KPro, ArchiveLink & Content Repositories

Integrate SAP DMS with PP, QM, PM, MM & other SAP modules

Manage document lifecycle, engineering change management & virtual document structures

Analyze business requirements and provide scalable SAP DMS solutions

Support testing, troubleshooting, user training & production issues

Prepare and review validation documents including URS, FS, IQ/OQ/PQ, Validation Plans & Traceability Matrices

Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, electronic records, audit trails & data integrity standards

️Required Skills

Strong expertise in SAP DMS Configuration & Document Management

End-to-end hands-on experience with SAP Document Management System (SAP DMS), including implementation, configuration, integration, support & enhancements

Experience with KPro, ArchiveLink, Content Repositories & Storage Categories

Knowledge of SAP PP, QM, PM, and MM integrations

Experience in document lifecycle management and engineering change management

Strong understanding of SAP authorization and document security concepts

Hands-on experience with GxP regulations, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and validation processes

Knowledge of electronic records, audit trails, and compliance frameworks

Excellent analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
