Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Specialist to develop, test, and improve machine learning models and AI solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with data and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-focused ML applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize machine learning models.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy.
• Build and maintain machine learning pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers.
• Monitor deployed models and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Research new machine learning techniques and technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in machine learning or data science.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL, data processing, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
