Position Summary

We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Executive to handle daily HR operations for both our Singapore and Malaysian office. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will work closely with managers to execute company policies and HR goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Draft job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the onboarding process.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assist in monthly payroll processing, expense claims, leave tracking, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF and tax forms).
• HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and update HR software systems.
• Employee Relations: Answer staff queries regarding benefits, company policies, and performance appraisals.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR practices follow local labor laws and internal guidelines.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of general HR experience (fresh graduates with strong relevant internship history are welcome to apply).
• Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and other software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential data.
• Meticulous, organized, and a strong team player.
