Responsibilities:

Responsible for scheduling appointment calendar

Promoting massage treatments and packages to customers

Record daily transaction for all services performed

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail counters

Enhance guest recognition at all times be addressing guests name and interacting with them on a professional level

Handle front desk duties such as answering to customer’s queries, appointment, scheduling, Cashiering etc.

To maintain and update customer database at all time

    Requirement:



Minimum GCE 'N' Level or above
Pleasant and service oriented personality
Computer literacy – Words, Excels, Email
No work experience required (Training will be provided)
5.5 days’ workweek
Shift : - 10.00am to 7.00pm / 12.00pm to 9pm
Able to work on retail hours
