We’re hiring: Admin Executive | Singapore

What You’ll Do

As our Admin Executive , you’ll be a key pillar in our day‑to‑day operations, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a great employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting ESG reporting , ensuring timely and accurate submissions

• Coordinating audit documentation

• Managing travel arrangements for staff

• Handling general office administration and departmental coordination

• Supporting internal communications and working with external vendors and partners

• Working closely with HR and Finance, this role offers excellent exposure to cross‑functional collaboration and supports early career development.
  

What you bring

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field

• 0–3 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome!)

• Strong organisational skills and confident communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a hands‑on mindset
