Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support ZEN’YU’s customer service, order processing, and ecommerce operations by managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and coordinating sales support across retail, online, and business channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers to manage and confirm orders efficiently
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Escalate serious complaints or issues to appropriate teams for timely resolution
• Accurately handle invoicing, purchase orders, delivery orders, purchasing, and receiving to maintain smooth operations
• Process customer orders promptly and with accuracy to support sales targets
• Collaborate closely with ecommerce teams to facilitate seamless online order fulfillment
• Provide proactive customer service support as part of a team to enhance overall service quality
• Maintain organized work practices and demonstrate responsiveness to support independent work with minimal supervision

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of related customer service or order processing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong customer service and communication skills
