岗位职责

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
  • Develop clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party systems and services.
  • Develop and maintain database structures, queries, stored procedures, and data integrations.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and resolve software defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices.
  • Use Git or other version-control systems for source-code management.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product managers, business users, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment documentation.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support application deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable improvements to existing systems.

️ Required Technical Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Strong programming experience in one or more languages such as:JavaC#PythonJavaScript / TypeScriptC++
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.
  • Experience developing RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket or equivalent version-control tools.
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional software development experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a technical team.
