Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination – Support delivery, collection, and setup arrangements according to project schedules and inventory movement requirements.

Supplier & Vendor Coordination – Communicate with suppliers, logistics partners, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory tracking, and support warehouse organization and procurement activities.

Project & Event Support – Assist the operations team with event/project setup, dismantling, and on-site coordination when required.

Operational Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute ideas to improve operational processes and productivity.

Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of deliveries, setups, inventory movements, and other operational activities.

Compliance & Safety – Ensure all logistics and operational activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulations.

Requirements:
Hold a Class 3/3A driving license
