Responsibilities :
Perform failure analysis using various tools and instruments such as digital multimeter,digital microscope,electrical testing equipment.
Perform Destructive Analysis (cross section, tear down, decapsulation)
Able to perform part removal process (desoldering process, tool cutting pcb)
Willing to learn and operate X-ray machine and SEM/EDX.
Feedback the Failure Analysis findings to engineer for investigation and report compilation.
Requirements :
Nitec or Diploma in Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 years of working experience in electronic manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
Entry level in relevant engineering field are welcome to apply.
Basic MS office skills and computer skills.
5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 8.15am to 5.15 pm)
Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station.
