Retail Operations Assistant / Executive / SupervisorAbout the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our retail operations team. Depending on your experience, you may be considered for an Assistant, Executive, or Supervisor position.

This role offers exposure to store operations, team coordination, sales performance, inventory management, and retail strategy. It is ideal for individuals who are passionate about retail, enjoy working with people, and are looking to build a long-term career in retail management.

Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Team Support

• Support the daily operations of retail stores and ensure smooth store performance
• Assist in supervising Store Assistants and part-time staff
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and store compliance
• Operate and oversee POS transactions and cash handling procedures

Sales & Performance

• Monitor store sales performance and productivity
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and customer experience
• Support the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities

Inventory & Merchandising

• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
• Coordinate stock replenishment and inventory accuracy
• Execute visual merchandising and display standards
• Support stock clearance activities and product launches

Marketing & Mall Coordination

• Liaise with shopping malls, event organisers, and business partners
• Assist in coordinating store promotions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure timely implementation of promotional materials and activities

Training & Staff Development

• Support onboarding and training of retail staff
• Coach team members on customer service and product knowledge
• Assist management in staff performance monitoring and development

Compliance & Administration

• Conduct store operational checks and audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Prepare operational reports and administrative documentation

Other Duties

• Support ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
• Assist management in driving operational improvements

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience in Retail, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in retail operations, customer service, or supervisory roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
