Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s menu and standards.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste and presentation.
Assist with daily kitchen preparation and operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
Comply with food safety and hygiene requirements.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the Head Chef/Management.
Requirements
Relevant experience in a restaurant or F&B kitchen environment preferred.
Good knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
Possess a valid Food Safety Course certificate, where applicable.
Salary will be offered between S$3,000 and S$3,800 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

With room for 90 people, our new restaurant exudes a cosy and relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of home, setting the stage for an elevated dining experience like no other.
Applause is the culmination of efforts from unsung heroes mostly behind the curtain drapes. From the curation of concepts, selection of ingredients, décor designs, down to cutlery choice, a stoic and silent team has been working tirelessly round-the-clock, for the past several weeks to ensure that we are ready to welcome you with that same friendly hospitality we have always been known for. Some have even called it legendary.
