B) Responsibility and Authority

1) To take charge of a team of production operators.

2) Responsible for ensuring the proper procedures are followed on their respective lines.

3) To ensure the raw materials and manpower are sufficient before the production starts.

4) To directly supervise working hours and discipline when required by the superior.

5) Ensure ISO and HACCP documents are up to date.

6) To carry out any duty as instructed by the superior.

7) To maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedure.

8) Support and implement identification of environmental aspects in EMS.

9) Monitor production improvement at the processing & production line after

implementation.

C) Competency & Training acquired

1) Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Manufacturing, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field.

2) Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably food manufacturing.

3) Skills: Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and can interact well with the production

operators.

4) Training acquired: ISO HACCP.

Pay: From RM1,850.00 per month
