Role Summary

We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy TikTok Livestream Host to host TikTok livestream on our TikTok account. The Livestream Host is responsible for driving sales performance through live streaming, delivering engaging on-camera product presentations, supporting database growth, and representing the brand across digital live channels. This role is based at the studio and actively contributes to achieving sales and e-commerce KPIs through live streaming sales, customer engagement, content quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Live Streaming Sales & Revenue Performance

• Host and lead live streaming sessions (e.g. TikTok Live, Instagram Live, e-commerce live sessions) to drive sales targets.
• Actively demonstrate products, explain benefits, and close sales in real time during live sessions.
• Upsell and cross-sell products during live streams to improve Average Order Value (AOV) and conversion rate.
• Recommend suitable products based on viewer questions, skin type, and preferences.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and flash sales through dedicated live sessions.

2. Audience Engagement & Database Capture

• Deliver an engaging, high-energy live presence that builds viewer trust and loyalty.
• Actively respond to live chat, comments, and questions to maintain strong viewer engagement and watch time.
• Encourage viewer registration, follows, and consent to support database capture rate targets.
• Educate viewers on brand story, product benefits, promotions, and after-sales care.
• Build long-term relationships with recurring viewers/customers through consistent, personalized engagement.

3. Content Planning & Digital Support

• Plan live stream content calendars, scripts, and run-of-show in coordination with the marketing/content team.
• Assist with live stream setup, lighting, product preparation, and technical checks prior to going live.
• Coordinate with producers/moderators backstage on pacing, cues, and troubleshooting during live sessions.
• Support post-live follow-up, including replying to missed questions and following up on leads.
• Stay current on platform trends, features, sounds, and best practices to keep content fresh and platform-native.

4. Presentation, Grooming & Audit Standards

• Maintain a polished, camera-ready appearance and grooming standard consistent with brand guidelines.
• Ensure the livestream set/backdrop, lighting, and product displays follow brand visual standards.
• Support live stream audits and quality reviews (e.g. tone, pacing, compliance, viewer experience).
• Contribute positively to overall brand image and live stream performance scores.

5. Teamwork & Other Duties

• Work collaboratively with studio, marketing, and content teams to achieve live streaming KPIs.
• Support any tasks or assignments required to help the company achieve its targets.
• Attend training sessions, briefings, and product knowledge updates.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, platform community guidelines, and code of conduct.
• Support initiatives that contribute to improving and optimising the Company's growth, including content improvement ideas, live sales optimisation, engagement strategies, and operational enhancements, as reasonably required by Management.

Requirements

• Prior experience hosting on TikTok LIVE, TikTok Shop, or similar live commerce/streaming platforms strongly preferred
• Outgoing, camera-comfortable personality with strong ad-lib and storytelling skills
• Deep familiarity with TikTok culture, trends, sounds, and audience behavior
• Ability to sell/present persuasively without sounding scripted
• Stamina to host long, high-energy sessions consistently
• Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends (peak viewing hours)
• Basic tech comfort with ring lights, mics, streaming setup, and in-app LIVE tools

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
