岗位职责：

• 负责金融科技业务需求分析，交易系统方案设计和代码编写

• 结合最新的架构和Java技术发展趋势，进行技术预研和技术攻关，突破系统和项目中的技术难点

• 持续发现系统中存在的功能、性能、架构等问题并提出改进方案

• 完成领导交代的其它工作

任职要求：

• 8年以上的JAVA开发经验，能够独立完成业务编码

• 精通JAVA语言，数据结构，多线程编程，掌握常用的设计模式，性能优化，具有较好的Java IO、多线程、网络等方面的编程能力

• 精通MySql数据库设计，优秀的SQL编写及调优能力，熟练掌握Redis

• 精通常用分布式服务治理框架（Dubbo等）、微服务框架（Spring Cloud等），有分布式系统架构设计经验，高并发处理能力

• 了解大数据相关技术栈，包括但不限于Hadoop、Flink、Spark、Kafka、Hive等

• 热爱技术研发，有很强的学习能力和进取心，性格开朗，具备合作精神

• 有互联网券商经验优先
