Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.

Monitor daily outlet sales and cash collections.

Prepare and check invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and credit notes.

Reconcile cash, credit card, e-wallet, and online delivery platform sales.

Perform bank reconciliation.

Check supplier invoices and match them with purchase orders/delivery orders.

Monitor food and beverage costs and expenses.

Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.

Assist with month-end closing and audit requirements.
