Responsibilities

Lead the site technique team (BIM, C&S, M&E, Archi) to deliver project outcomes on schedule and with high quality standards

Maintain and monitor the design program by managing interfaces and tracking progress to ensure timely completion

Coordinate design-related matters with Consultants and Clients to align project objectives and resolve issues

Analyze and resolve technical problems encountered by the project team to maintain workflow continuity

Develop and manage the shop drawing submission schedule, focusing on RC and Archi drawings, ensuring orderly and timely submittals

Compose technical proposals that support project requirements and stakeholder expectations

Optimize design solutions to comply with construction standards, regulatory frameworks, contractual specifications, and buildability requirements

Communicate the latest drawing content and requirements clearly to the construction team to ensure accurate implementation

Participate actively in Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, and Site Meetings to drive project alignment and decision-making
