Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and market salary surveys.
• Prepare annual compensation and benefits budgets.
• Manage payroll, benefits and time management systems.
• Maintain and improve the SAP Payroll module and time management system.
• Work closely with Finance and senior management on compensation budgets and cost control.
• Provide C&B guidance and coaching to HR teams.
• Manage external vendors and outsourcing partners.
• Support HR and organizational changes related to compensation and benefits.
• Ensure employees understand compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.
• 7–10 years of Compensation & Benefits experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with payroll, SAP and time management systems.
• Strong experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation and compensation structure design.
• Strong analytical, numerical and budgeting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing external vendors or outsourcing partners.

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month
