Strong understanding of ATE test methodologies and silicon test development practices.
Experience in Memory Testing (ATE MBIST) test pattern development, and debug experience (memory repair, diagnostic, algorithm pattern validation).
Hands-on experience with industry-standard MBIST and DFT tools for ATE MBIST testing, such as Siemens Tessent, Synopsys, or Mentor MBIST solutions.
Strong experience in MBIST silicon bring up from pre-silicon to ATE post-silicon validation, including test-development, test debug, yield improvement, ATE characterization, and test-time reduction.
Strong ATE & test class/method development experience with Advantest 93K, SMT7 and SMT8
Proficiency in data-driven analysis, including characterization data and repair analysis.

Proactive with ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated technical ownership and drive to close complex debug issues.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Design, ATE and manufacturing teams.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor industry, with significant hands-on experience in ATE Memory BIST (MBIST) testing and validation.
