The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM who has reached the point where they want broader influence but aren't ready to step away from the technology.

You'll operate across three areas: delivery, presales and product leadership.

As the senior functional voice across SEA, you'll lead D365 CE and Power Platform engagements, shape solutions with customers during the sales cycle and help evolve a growing CE product suite.

It's a role designed for someone who wants to have a bigger say in how solutions are designed, how customers are engaged and how a CE practice develops while remaining hands-on.

About the Role

You'll lead Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform implementations across SEA, taking ownership of customer engagements from requirements and solution design through to delivery. You'll also become an important part of the presales process running workshops, shaping solution approaches, contributing to estimates and helping develop proposals that translate customer requirements into commercially viable Microsoft solutions.

Alongside client work, you'll work closely with the technical lead to shape the functional direction and ongoing evolution of proprietary products suite.

This makes the role particularly suited to someone who enjoys moving between customer conversations, solution architecture, functional delivery and product thinking.

Technology Landscape

You don't need to be a developer but you should understand the technical components behind a D365 CE solution and be able to work effectively with technical architects and developers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead D365 CE and Power Platform implementations across SEA.
• Own customer engagements from discovery and requirements through solution design and delivery.
• Shape solution architecture and functional designs for complex customer requirements.
• Support pre-sales through workshops, estimations, solution proposals and customer presentations.
• Translate business requirements into practical Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Contribute to the functional design and evolution of proprietary product suite.
• Partner closely with the technical lead to align functional and technical solution architecture.
• Mentor consultants and become the senior functional SME for the regional CE team.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a senior Dynamics professional with:

• 10+ years of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM experience ideally across the cloud ecosystem.
• Strong functional consulting and solution architecture experience.
• Background with a Microsoft Partner / consulting organisation.
• Experience leading customer engagements end-to-end.
• Hands-on capability across D365 CE configuration, solution design and implementation.
• Confidence supporting pre-sales and commercial opportunities.
• The ability to understand technical architecture without needing to be a developer.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• A desire to remain technically and functionally hands-on while taking on greater leadership responsibility.
