Machine Technician Role

Key Responsibilities
Perform equipment repairs: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, andhydraulic issues in production machinery.

Conduct preventive maintenance: Schedule and carry out routine servicing tominimize downtime.

Install and calibrate machines: Ensure new equipment is set up correctly andaligned with production standards.

Troubleshoot breakdowns: Respond promptly to urgent faults to restoreoperations.

Maintain records: Document repair logs, maintenance schedules, and spare partsusage.

Ensure safety compliance: Follow workplace safety protocols and report hazards.
